Bun of the Month - Bun of Month

Adoptable Bunny of the Month

October 2008

Maddy!

Welcome to the Bunny of the Month Page!

The Bunny of the Month is a bun or bonded pair of bunnies that are currently in foster care and are looking for a wonderful home to call their own. All the animals featured here have been spayed or neutered. They may be adopted through the House Rabbit Network .

Maddy

Maddy is the fluffiest bunny you’ll ever meet. She wasn’t always like that though. When she was rescued during a law enforcement case, her fur was so matted that her bum felt like a diaper. It was so bad that she had to have all her fur shaved off. That was quite the site. She looked like a little poodle. We couldn’t believe how tiny she was. Poor Maddy. But now all her fur has grown back and then some. She is so soft. You’ll just want to snuggle right up to her.

Maddy is a hay monster. Even out of a plastic pumpkin she munches away on hay. She also loves her food, so you have to be careful what you leave out. Her favorite activity, besides eating, is binking around the living room. She likes to bounce around the couch. She even settles in for pets beside you on the couch.

Wouldn’t you love to snuggle with Maddy? Consider adopting her today!
