Grooming
House Rabbit Network offers grooming services during our Spa Days. Every 6-8 weeks we hold a Spa Day for the public’s bunnies! For a $25 donation to our shelter, your bunny receives a thorough brushing, nail trimming, and scent gland cleaning. Bunsitting
Need a bunny-savvy caretaker for your rabbit(s) while you’re away? Check out our bunsitting services! Bunnies are cared for in our volunteer’s homes for a donation to our shelter. Learn more and sign-up here. For any questions or concerns, contact us at bunsitting@rabbitnetwork.org.
Bonding
Rabbits are social creatures who often prefer to live in pairs, but bonding rabbits is more complicated than just putting them together in the same pen. That would be like a stranger walking into your living room, sitting on your couch, and putting their feet up on your coffee table. Uh, rude!
Whether you are brand new to bonding rabbits or are having a particularly tough time with a difficult pair, House Rabbit Network is here to help! We have experienced, rabbit-savvy bonding experts who will attempt to create a love match between your unbonded rabbits, whether they are HRN alums or not.
Still looking for your rabbit’s perfect match? We can help with that too! Please view our adoptable rabbits and complete an adoption application. Once you are approved to adopt, we can schedule speed dating at our shelter to introduce your rabbit to eligible bachelors or bachelorettes.
Our daily rate for bonding starts at $50 a day for two rabbits with a minimum of 7 days, after which time your bonding expert will assess whether the rabbits are ready to return home or whether they will require additional days with the bonding expert. (Additional rabbits can be added for a surcharge.) While we do not require that both rabbits be vaccinated against RHDV at this time, we do require that both rabbits be spayed/neutered for at least 8 weeks before we attempt to bond them.
Once we receive your request via the request form, we will reach out to get more detailed information, as each bonding situation is unique.
