| Other Notes Franklin was emaciated and very soiled so had been kept in filthy conditions before being let loose. He has done extremely well in foster care and can be considered generally available. Probably would do well with kids, though putting this on the public site may make it difficult for adoption counselors to politely refuse adoption to a family we don't consider appropriate. He's ADORABLE! | |
