Formerly known as Suzey at the MSPCA. On 1/4/2007 she underwent surgery for wounds
sustained when another rabbit jumped into her pen. The MSPCA rep who brought her
to our house described it as a "Panic fight." SHe was treated by Dr. Brady of the MSPCA
for "large/fresh/dirty degloving wounds over both haunches (small area of normal tissue crowp-content/hrn/ssing
midline-otherwise total degloving of lateral thigh area). Cleaned and freshened and flushed.
right side-sutured deep fascial layer and "deep" mattress pattern to appose skin layer." Further
notes on the types of sutures used were provided with her papers.
She needs to go to an adopter who is PATIENT. She will nip and be aggresive at first, but is really loving once you get to know her. She would be best in a pen as she can be cage aggresive at first too. She loves being pet. |
